The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions to the community.

SASSA might be rendering companies including new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, as well as the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency claimed it truly is alarmed in regards to the higher number of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The purpose on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a significant number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no entirely functional office devoted to read more service the area each day. The assistance point developed for intervention activities a superior inflow of potential beneficiaries, which makes it challenging to the Workplace to attend to all people who check out a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise additional means to help the servicing of all customers and improve access to Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
